The Book and Its Reader SECTION 1
In assembling your doctoral thesis on the literature of the lost civilization Avadnis, you come across mentions of the Book. It first appears in the bibliographic minutiae of Dr. Evan Lisner's seminal work on Avadnis aesthetics where there is the single line: "The Book of Possibilities, being the seminal work in Avadnian theories of alternate realities, is sadly lost."

Your interest piqued by that line, you begin research on the Book. Lisner has laid down the framework, and now you find it mentioned over and over again.

About my writings generally:

Most of my writings you find here are based on my novels-in-progress, which are fantasy with lots of characters! violence! gay! sparkly!

I put these stories on DA for friends and family. They probably won't make sense to anyone else. But I do churn out the occasional poem or fanfic that's meant for, you know, general consumption.

About my writings specifically:

For my novels-in-progress, I have two 'verses heavily represented on this site. One is my current project, called The Regency. Another is The Valentine Trilogy, which I am scrapping and starting over with. I'll keep the stories online but they're dead canon.

So I've been on a baking spree lately. I made bacon quiche today, yummy. It's so weird though, how domestic I am getting. Yesterday I was actually thinking about floral arrangements, which alarmed me greatly once I got a grip on myself. Haha. I have a lot of time on my hands what with it being exam season and not having a lot of exams. I do have a take-home exam on violence in religion that I've nowhere near started (and it's due in two days!), but I'm not too worried about it. Instead I'm just lying in bed, eating quiche and reading long, epic fanfiction while entertaining thoughts of writing my own.

Anyway, happy holidays, people. Have a good one.
